Share to sender disappeared from Shearing menu in Preview

I used to open with Preview pdf files received by mail, modify them in Preview, and send them again to the original sender by using the shearing menu which gave me the option "reply to XX".

After installing Ventura, the Preview sharing menu just reports "Mail" among the options but the "reply to XX" disappeared. Indeed, the option only appears before modifying the pdf file, but it disappears immediately afterwards. Is there a way to recover this function?

I understand what has been written.

Since this does not appear to offer any meaningful results for the user ( you ) perhaps it is better to explore these options ➡️

1 - Get Support Choose a product and we’ll find you the best solution.

Start now and open an Apple Support Ticket as they are Apple Employees to deal will these types of issues .

2 - Product Feedback - Apple and make it known to Apple regarding this ongoing issue

3 - Have the computer evaluated by the Professionals who have the Special Hardware / Software and Expertise to diagnose the issue and offer possible solutions

Have just tested sending myself a PDF file via Apple Mail.

Opened the PDF in Preview and Added a Text Box with " TEST"

Used the Sharing from within Preview >> Mail and addressed to myself

It was sent and receive with the Text Box " TEST " included in the PDF

This can obviously be done. But it was possible to reply directly to the sender without adding the address (just like a "reply to" in mail). Try to repeat the procedure without modifying the PDF. Immediately after opening the PDF in Preview, use "Shearing" and you will see "reply to ...."

What was and what is are not always one in the same.

When I tried as perviously outlined - the Modified PDF in Preview Alerted to the change ( Modification ) and offered to Save a Copy of the Modified PDF with appending the words " copy " to the file name

Have you opened a ticket? I am experiencing the same situation and this is the most annoying thing ever. Instead of simply modifying the document (i.e. signing it) and then send it off, I know need to carry out multiple steps. So unless you have found a solution or opened a ticket, I would do so...
