Power down
When I hold down the side button, it brings up Siri. I want to power down my phone. Anyone else?

Basic iPhone operation for a number of years........
Hold down the side button.....and......the volume down button at the same time until a slider appears on the screen to allow you to turn off the Phone.
Or......
Tap Settings on the main screen
Scroll down and Tap Shut Down
