Is there a way to use my iPhone 13 as a clock on my bedside table? I just bought a wireless charging station that keeps the iPhone propped up in a readable position. If I could have it continuously display the time while on the charger, I could get rid of the actual clock and a cord.

If you buy a third party clock app then that will stay on display but there are two problems with that;
First the phone is kept unlocked, and apart from security problems, the automatic iCloud backup does not work and also iCloud Photos may not sync.
It is surprising how bright it becomes at 2 in the morning.
Personally I have Tap to Wake turned on Settings, Accessibility, Touch and just tap the phone to see the time on the lock screen (I have the phone mounted in portrait mode of course)
You may not have a magsafe stand that allows portrait mounting
