Fake AirPods Pro (second gen)

I bought the new AirPods Pro at Target on 11/03/22. Within a day, I started noticing that the headphones are fake.

One thing I noticed that within the "Airpods" settings, that "Adaptive Transparancy" is not shown, nor it shows the "Connect to This iPhone". And with the new Precise Tracking feature, I tried testing it out on Find My, but it does not give me the directions to locate them.

As far as Noise Cancellation, it's just a decorative, and does not actually cancel the noise. Not to mention the sound quality being abyssmal, especially the sound effects when connecting the AirPods in my ears.

The battery widget for AirPods via iPhone it does not accurately detail the right condition, mostly saying it's at 100%, as well as the case.

And when I tried reseting then, it does not flash amber, to indicate that the reset has been complete. It flashes white, before going green.

I'm sure that the Target store did not notice or were aware about a scammed item, and it ain't their fault, considering that most fake variants these days pose to be the genuine variants. What could I do, considering that I don't want to just swap the fakes with the genuine, just for someone to get scammed, and accuse the store.
