White washed glitching macbook pro screen

I used my macbook one night and the next day when opening it up the display is white washed and constantly glitching. I have been in contact with Apple and have used the Command+Option+P+R function, re-downloading the macOS and running first aid via disk utility. However nothing has worked and my device is still glitching.

I have been advised to take the laptop into Apple however I psychically can’t afford to have it fixed. I believe my insurance has also ran out on the laptop. Any advice please?
