My Apple News subscription contains UK edition magazines when I purchased the subscription from the US Apps store and my Apple ID account is a US account. I cancelled the subscription and resubscribed but the magazines are still UK editions. I would like to see the cost of everything that I’m looking at in US dollars not British pounds.

As the issue is happening on all of your devices, it's possible it could be network related.
To rule that out, we'd recommend testing on another internet connection. If you're using a VPN to connect to the internet, that could also affect this.

This is definitely a curious issue, so we want to continue looking into this. You mentioned "the latest software" but we do want to make sure everything is fully updated to avoid any software causes for these issues. For iPad, the latest is iPadOS 16.1.1. For the iPhone, it is iOS 16.1.1. For the Mac, it is macOS Ventura 13.0.1. Please check each device to make sure that's what yours is running. On the iPhone and iPad, check Settings > General > About. For the Mac, it is under the Apple logo > About This Mac.
Next, let's discuss when this first became apparent to you. Did you just sign up for Apple news and this is what you found? Was this when adding a new magazine? Was it after an Apple ID change?

I am running the latest 16. whatever software on both my ipad and iPhones. I am also running the most current software on my Mac's. All of the settings on my apple products are set to US regions, so it is kind of annoying to see adds for something that I would want since I am looking at a magazine in Pounds instead of Dollars.
Ipad is 16.1.1, IOS is 16.1.1, Mac is 13.0.1. It has always been this way, I just now have taken the time to ask. Nothing has changed, my Apple ID region has always been in the United States, and I have always shown magazines when reading online through news + as this ha finally became annoying enough to make me what to find out what was causing it. I took and added a screenshot to see if this helps clarify my issue a bit more.
