I am attempting to move my children to their own apple ids to use family sharing rather than sharing an apple id. When trying to sign out of my son's iPad, it says sign out is not available due to restrictions. How do I sign out?!

It sounds like restrictions might have been enabled which is causing you to be unable to sign out. To check, use the steps below:
1. Go to Settings and tap Screen Time.
2. Tap Content & Privacy Restrictions, then tap Content Restrictions.
