Just switched to an iPhone and I’m trying to sign into my bank app and every time I type the password it says “Cannot Load encryption key”….. help
I saw where someone said to delete the app and reinstall it and that worked. Thanks anyway!
Did you download this bank's app directly from the Apple App Store or from another source? Have you tried contacting the app developer for assistance with this issue?
