Hello! I have an IPad 8th gen, and I just updated it to IPadOS 16.
Is it a bug, or a feature, that when I open folder (I don’t know how it is called)
the screen goes a little bit downward (I can’t really explain it, and I don’t really speak English well, so I might have some spelling mistakes.) Thanks!

You should submit a bug report to Apple via its Product Feedback portal. For iPad and iPadOS:
When submitting your bug report, ensure that you include details of your iPad model in the body text of your report. Every report counts - as Apple may not assign resources to investigate and correct the issue until sufficient reports have been received.
