Factory reset MacBook air M1

This is going to be my first factory reset on my MacBook air M1, I need to do this because some how I've been ' demoted' from my administrator position to a regular user. I'm the sole owner of this MacBook Air M-1. I would guess somehow I got hacked?

Getting down to my issue , I'm at the screen, Erase APFS volume group " Macintosh HD"?

My question do I just click erase or is there another step before it?
