Could not activate cellular data network
Yesterday I bought a new IPhone 14 from Rogers. About 30 mins after walking out of the store, I started getting a message “Could not activate cellular data network” and either to turn on cellular data or connect to Wifi.
I returned to Rogers and showed them the message. They reset the network settings and it started working again.
about 30 mins later it happened again. It took me awhile to get back to the store this time, but when I did, the Rogers guy told me he’d had more people coming in with the same problem. He said it was a problem with every IPhone 14 and that Apple would have to roll out an update, and nothing they can do because it’s not a Rogers issue.
wondering if anyone else is having this same problem of if that was just an excuse?
