I don't seem to be able to control the audio level of music in my Hearing Aids using the iPhone audio buttons. Anyone know if it is possible to do this and if so how.? If it is relevant i have the ring/silent switch set to silent.

When you are listening to music from the iPhone, if it was only going to your hearing aids, you are streaming and your buttons should work. If you were listening to music from the iPhone speakers that is not streaming but your buttons should also work to raise the iPhones volume. If you were streaming from the iPhone directly to your hearing aids have you tried adjusting the volume from your ReSound app on your iPhone? Also I have found that calling the Apple Accessibility Support Specialist they are usually very quick to respond and give assistance:

You should be able to control the volume levels using the side buttons on your iPhone if you have them enabled. Look under Settings - Sound & Haptics - Ringtone and Alert Volume and see if Change with Buttons is Enabled(Green).

Today for a while the buttons were controlling the volume but at a different time they weren't. I'm don't know why.
When they did not work were you on a phone call or streaming like a podcast or music?
After I posted this, sometimes the buttons control the sound. Sometimes not. I'm not sure what causes the difference.
I was listening to music ( not streaming).
I think the hearing aid said it was streaming audio but I was listening to music on my iPhone.
