My phone is completely frozen. It won't turn off, I can't use Siri, I can touch anything, force restart with volume and side button isn't working... I don't know what to do. It is completely frozen. It's a brand new iPhone 13 Pro. I have it charging right now, but I don't know if it's actually charging.

Unfortunately, that didn't work at all. And the link didn't help either. It's been frozen for over 30 minutes stuck on the app library.
One of the steps in the link was to restore your iPhone. What happens when you attempted to restore your iPhone?
