I'm on an iPhone 13, using iOS 16. For the past couple of weeks, I've been sending emails and, randomly, some will just vanish. I get the "swoosh" noise, but they don't send. They don't go to an Outbox. They just VANISH.
I saw a few old threads about this, on iPhone 4s and 5s. So this is obviously a thing. Anyone know a solution?

has been taken over broken your firmware or something along those lines but I am the original owner I am still the owner
