One of the movies in my library is displaying foreign language cover art

I'm wondering if anyone knows why - suddenly - one and only one of the movies in my library is being displayed with cover art in Thai.

Yes I am in Thailand, but my iTunes account is in the USA. All the other movies - about a hundred of them - are displaying normally, in English. I downloaded this movie several years ago while I was here in Thailand (along with many others).

I've watched this movie several times since I downloaded it, and the cover art was always in English. What could have happened to change the cover art of just one of my movies into Thai?

By the way, I just played it to make sure the audio track is English, and it is. There isn't even an option for a Thai audio track

Hello augratin,

It's possible that the movie was updated to allow the title to match the region. Since you purchased this movie, you can try deleting it and redownloding it again, follow this article: Redownload TV shows and movies that you purchased.

"How to redownload TV shows and movies in iTunes for Windows

      1. Open iTunes.
      2. From the menu bar at the top of the iTunes window, choose Account > Purchased. If you use Family Sharing, you'll see Family Purchases instead of Purchased.
      3. Click Movies or TV Shows in the top corner of the iTunes window. If you use Family Sharing, choose a family member's name next to Purchased to see their purchases.
      4. Find the movie or TV show that you want to redownload.
      5. Click the Download button Download button."

Let us know if we can help with anything else at all or if this doesn't settle your issue so we can look into this further with you. Thanks and have a fabulous day!
