Hi guys, I transferred a good amount of photos from my iPhone 11 to my iMac to make space in my phone and returning to my photos today, I've discovered I have lost all the photos I transferred! Can anyone help, please? (I have my library in an HD) I, of course, deleted all the photos from my phone permanently!

Are you using iCloud Photos?
In this case your photos have been removed from all connected devices as soon as you deleted them from your iPhone.
I guess you also checked the "Recently deleted" folder in iCloud Photos?
How did you transfer the Photos? If you connected your iPhone to the iMac via cable and used Photos to import you may have accidents checked this checkbox in Photos' Import window:
