how can I email a Pages document in Words or PDF?
With Share I don't see Words or PDF alternatives like I used to!!

Pages v12.2 on macOS Ventura 13.0 has removed the Share menu and the associated Send a Copy that facilitated attaching the desired document export format to a Mail message. Now, your options are:
- PDF attachment
- File menu > Print… > PDF > Send in Mail
- File menu > Export To > PDF and after export, drag and drop onto composed Mail message
- Word document
- File menu > Export To > Word and …
