Apple wired headphones won’t work on phone calls
My wired Apple headphones won’t work with phone calls. I can hear YouTube through them but not phone calls. Any ideas?

Hello DebbyITS, It's probably an adapter issue over the iPhone. Have these EarBuds worked on an older iPhone you had before? You may want to check for any debris inside the connector. Check that the EarBuds jack is inserted firmly in the adaptor. If still no good and you live close to an Apple Store take it too them for advice. Apple also makes a straight wired Lighting Connect EarBud so you don't need the adaptor. I think they are $19 dollars at the Apple Store.
