Screentime safari

I have put on screentime to be more productive. Games and other apps are not allowed under a certain time. But I have noticed that I can’t surf on safari. If i try it only says the screentime is over for and the websites name. And in the screentime settings you can’t choose to make safari always allowed. How should I do?

Hi ellena090,

Thanks for posting in Apple Support Communities! You can set restrictions to certain websites so that Safari is still accessible. Here's how:

  1. "Go to Settings and tap Screen Time.
  2. Tap Content & Privacy Restrictions and enter your Screen Time passcode.
  3. Tap Content Restrictions, then tap Web Content.
  4. Choose Unrestricted Access, Limit Adult Websites, or Allowed Websites."

Find these steps and more information about how to use restrictions in the article Use parental controls on your child's iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch.

Hope that helps!
