How to register AirPods under my own Apple ID

For some reason my AirPods keep saying whenever I connect to them that the owner could see it’s location and it’s my brothers email but these are my AirPods and whenever I take them off they won’t connect again how do I fix this

How do I fix this to say it is mine again and to stop disconnecting. I paid for it it should be mine and not say it’s someone else’s
