Magic Keyboard can't control YouTube in my Apple TV 4K

Magic Keyboard is not working in my Apple TV 4K using YouTube app. I got no issues on other applications. Is there a fix on this?

Sorry to tell that re-starting Apple TV before and after re-installing YouTube did not work. Other apps can still be controlled by the Magic Keyboard.

I have search the internet and found out that it's not only me that have this issue.

If you're having issues with just one app, and others are all working well, then you may wish to reach out to the developer of the affected app for guidance.

This page can help out with that process: How to contact an app developer - Apple Support

1. Open the App Store on your Apple TV.

2. Search for the app, then choose it.

3. The app's product page appears. Scroll to the bottom of the page. Find the developer's website in the Information section.

Some general steps you may try first can include restarting the Apple TV as well as force quitting the app/relaunching it, and reinstalling the app:

Restart Apple TV - Apple Support

Switch quickly between Apple TV apps - Apple Support

Customize the Apple TV Home Screen - Apple Support
