i sent my Trade in Device through UPS. Now they open an investigation because they cant locate it.

Hello ~ It looks as if you have done the right thing by by contacting UPS. If they have lost your trade in you can open a claim against them. Let UPS complete their investigation on proceed from there. Click on the link below to contact Apple and explain what is going on as well…
