Has anyone else experienced this situation? I found it unbelievable: UPS “lost” the 3 iPhones 14 Pro that Apple send me to fulfill my order (of just 1 iPhone).

I contacted Apple supoort, that is why they sent 2 replacement and now they aré sending another one. What I find unbelievable is that they keep using UPS. UPS has lost 3 phones already, what makes Apple think they wont loose this 4th?
I contacted UPS also. They “open investigations” for every lost package and thats it
