Issue: you have purchased a Logitech Spotlight presentation Remote and the buttons don't work as expected...

Possible solution: Go to System Preferences > Security & Privacy > Accessibility (unlock the padlock with your password) and tick the box next to "LogiPresentation". (don't forget to lock the padlock when you are done).

This should fix it :)

Also, fyi: also ensure that LogiPresentation is also authorised to screen recording. To check this, go to: System Preferences > Security & Privacy > Screen Recording. LogiPresentation should be in the list, and the checkbox ticked.
