Freeze on lock screen while Macbook connects to external monitor

I've updated to macOS Ventura official release after it releases directly, As an office worker, I usually use my laptop with an external monitor, mouse, and keyboard.

The issue is that if I left my device in sleep mode, it just freezes on the lock screen, and requires me to make a hard shutdown to be able to use it again.

I've installed fresh macOS Ventura through recovery mode hoping this might fix the issue but it's not, the issue keeps happening.
