No export option on iPad Pro M2 in pages

Hi

I am having problems printing from my iPad Pro M2 as in there is no export option listed when I select the title round icon with 3 dots in the middle, On my iPhone 12 I have the option to print under the export heading but there is no export heading listed on my iPad (see pictures) the top picture is from my iPad and the lower from my iPhone, both are running the same iOS 16 and I have been through the setting and can't find what's wrong, any help would be appreciated. P>S I have been on the HP OfficeJet 9022E website and can't see what's wrong there either, I have loaded the latest firmware on to the printer and made sure that all my devices are set the same the MacBook Pro M1 Max has share the printer set.

With introduction of updated versions of Apple’s productivity Apps (Pages, Numbers etc.), subsequent to release of iPadOS16.1 the Export and Print functions have been moved.

Export/Print are now accessed from the associated Document menu.
