Sotck on 1% and wont charge more than 1%

I own this iPhone X for around 3 months of use and it's just stopped charging

it does recognize the cable it makes the sounds when connected, but it doesn't charge more than 1% it actually turns off in like a minute if you plug it out, even if I leave it charging for hours is just stays in 1% and turns off if I plugged it off.

the battery says ""this iPhone is unable to determine battery health""


I don't have apple service in my country and I have already force restart and even reset my phone it literally just stopped working from nowhere.


is there any solution for this? (that isn't just getting a new iPhone?)

Hello,

Check the charging port for lint or other debris (use a bright light and a tooth pick). Also see this:
