Forgot passcode

Good day. Please I hope you can help me with an issue. I forgot my iPhone passcode and now I can’t unlock it. Also the Face ID option is not showing anymore. I just came from a trip so I haven’t done any backup of the iPhone for the last month and I have all the trip pictures there, so I want to avoid erasing the iPhone if possible. The iPhone is connected with my iPad and Mac with the same Apple ID, is there a way I can use them to unlock it? Or any other way to unlock it without having to erase the data? Thank you very much.
