Permissions request dialogue boxes won’t dismiss

Hello!

I see many reports around there about one exact issue: Permissions request dialogue boxes won’t dismiss.

Why this still isn't solved!? It is not normal if you put some security but I am unable neither allow or disallow. I am stuck. This is with almost every application which I have to install, and I have to do that often, every time I have to find some workaround, this gets me more and more mad.

In screenshot is an example of random application installation, and further I can't proceed, I can't get rid off this garbage.

PLEASE HELP ME ASAP!
