So I have an iPhone 5s on iOS 12.5.6. It keeps boot looping and when I go to try and get into DFU mode by holding the home button when it is hooked up to my pc, it won’t even try DFU mode. Instead, it keeps boot looping over and over. Any ideas on how to fix it?
It sounds like a hardware (digitizer? battery? other internal component?) failure but we, just users like you, cannot diagnose that issue remotely, sorry.
I suggest that you make an appointment (*) and have your device inspected at an Apple Store or AASP (Apple Authorized Service Provider) among this list:--> Apple – Location Selector. After checking it out, they'll give you all the available options.
