why is youtube app popup on iPhone asking to share with friends?

Why is the YouTube app on my iPhone asking to share with friends. The decline button is greyed out. I closed the app and deleted it. What's going on? I have previously gotten a memory full message (with 70gb available) and a clean button. I would never touch such a button. No way to get out. Has my phone been comprised? If so what to do? I already have Malwarebytes but it's only for websites I believe. I have never clicked on like, subscribe etc. I never post anything. As of now I have a love/hate relationship with YouTube.

I'm aware YouTube is not an apple product. I have gotten answers from others about things unrelated to Apple on this forum. This is not happening on any of my other Apple devices (iPad, iPod or Mac) that are signed into the same account. I really wanted to find out if anyone thought my iPhone has anything sinister going on. I really should have mentioned my other devices. Thanks for your attention.
