Apple Support App does not do anything on an ipad

The Apple Support App does not do anything on an ipad like it does on a phone. More precicley, the battery function.


On an iPhone: device performance/battery and get prompted with check battery. It does its thing and then you can see the battery cycles and charges, and such... (looking at it right now)


Do the same thing on an ipad with the same app. and it gives me recommendations. It does not go through the same prompts as it does on the iphone.


Explain.

iPad and iPhone Apps sometimes differ in functionality/capability - and the Apple Support App is no different in this regard.


I’d certainly like to see a screenshot of your iPhone battery performance/cycle count - as I don’t see this with an iPhone 13 Pro:
