Hello Kelseclarke,
We understand that you'd like to change the wallpaper on your iPhone to an image that is not saved in your camera roll. To clarify, do you see this image or wallpaper in Safari or another app?
If so, tap and hold on the image. You should be provided with an option to "Add to Photos." Once the photo has been saved, you can follow these steps to change that image to your wallpaper:
1. In the Settings app, tap Wallpaper.
2. Tap Add New Wallpaper.
3. Tap Photos, People, or Photo Shuffle to choose your own photo. You can also select a wallpaper from a category like Weather & Astronomy, Emoji, Collections, or Color.
4. If you want, you can customize your wallpaper further. Then tap Add.
