I can't sign in to o download mac os x though I have Apple ID

If you are getting a code on the phone, put it directly after the password you enter on the field.

MFA is not enabled directly on Mac OS until Mac OS 10.12.4, at which point MFA codes that appear on your iPad, iPhone, and AppleTV can be entered in a popup on the Mac.

You need the same credentials you used for Apple Support Community, and make sure your computer is either hard wired to your modem or the WiFi icon shows it is connected to a secure network initiate the download.
