Magic with a kernel panic and reset SMC

Hi! I encounter a strange malfunction in the MacBook Pro (a1708), when it lies on the table and tries to wake up, it does not turn on, I have to reset the SMC and then it starts working, but when I first boot after resetting the SMC shows Kernel Panic, what is the reason for this?

I also know that after a long charge (for example at night) and disconnecting from charging, the MacBook thinks that it is charging and the USB-C ports do not accept either charge or information (you also have to reset the SMC)

Your MacBook Pro appears to be a 13-in model from 2016 or 2017 running Ventura.

¿Do you have any virus scanners, optimizers, speeder-uppers, app removers, os a VPN you installed yourself?

These apps sometimes get themselves in a corner where they see [imaginary] problems, but have no way to send you a message, so they just cause a page fault.

Try removing them while you continue to debug.

HSSPI is seen at the 'scene of the crime'. That is support for High Speed [communications] Service Provider Iinterface, which adds weight to the theory that anti-virus scanner or similar might be involved.
