iPhone unavailable

Hello everyone I have an iPhone 11 that I unfortunately did not back up since August 2021 and I broke the screen I got it replaced but now I am receiving the iPhone unavailable message

I did some research and it is stating that this is because of too many passwords being placed wrong, Only reason I fix the screen is so that I can back up my old photos videos and other data, is it possible for me to recover this or is factory reset the only option that I truly have

iPhone 11, iOS 15
