Hello RLKNC,

If you can't make toll free calls, we'd check if you have dial assist enabled: Make a call on iPhone - Apple Support

Change your outgoing call settings

1. Go to Settings  > Phone.

2. Do any of the following:

- Turn on Show My Caller ID: (GSM) Your phone number is shown in My Number. For FaceTime calls, your phone number is displayed even if caller ID is turned off.

- Turn on Dial Assist for international calls: (GSM) When Dial Assist is turned on, iPhone automatically adds the correct international or local prefix when you call your contacts and favorites.

For information about making international calls (including rates and other charges that may apply), contact your carrier.

We'd also confirm that the carrier doesn't currently have blocking enabled: Wireless carrier support and features for iPhone in the United States and Canada - Apple Support (Select your region at the top for more relevant information.)

If the issue continues to occur, then it would be best to contact Apple Support

They'll need to take it from here.

Wishing you well, take care.
