iPhone XR iOS update 16.1.1

I use an iPhone XR. I just got to see an update for 16.1.1. I am scared about this . I have heard from other iPhone users with my same model , when they do an iOS update on their phone , their iPhones starts having issues. I hope I won’t have them?

My iPhone 13 Mini updated to iOS 16.7, not ios 17 I have an iPhone 13 Mini, and I just clicked on “Check for Updates”. The update option was iOS 16.7. im surprised that it wasn’t for iOS 17, since I have a newer phone. But I’m also thinking this might be okay, since I’m seeing so many issues on the forum. anyone else?

No, In my case, I started seeing a dark screen and some of the apps are not working, so I have to uninstall them to make them work. I'm looking to revert back to the previous version,
