Apple 5w charger making noise! Please help.
Apple 5w charger making rattling noise when I’m shaking and very mild hissing sound when charging after I dropped it. Is it safe to use now?

If something is loose/moving around inside the power adapter then it sounds like something was damaged when it was dropped. You should definitely discontinue use of that power adapter and get a new one.
