Unable to remove puzzle icon on Safari toolbar!

I’m unable to remove puzzle icon from search bar on my iPad. The PayPal Honey extension is NOT checked, and I looked all over my iPad to make sure. The Honey extension is unchecked in my extension list and no other extensions are listed. I’m not comfortable with resetting my iPad and starting over. Restarting didn’t help. Can anyone help me get rid of this puzzle icon? Why is it there all of a sudden when I haven’t changed anything.

I just deleted the PayPal app from my Home Screen and now the puzzle icon in my search bar is gone!
