Random subscription to App Store
Good evening!
This situation happened: my niece accidentally signed up for an annual subscription to the application.
I saw this after the bank tried to debit the funds from the card, but the card was inactive, so the bank refused. I couldn't update apps for 4 months due to incorrect payment information. As a result, I decided to top up the card so that it would be enough to pay $35 for the subscription and submit a random request for reimbursement.
Funds have been debited, but the system does not allow submitting a request for reimbursement.
The application was not used at all.
What can you advise in this situation? How to return funds?
