IOS 16.1.1 updates

I have updated my iPhone 11 to the IOS 16.1.1 and it doesn't work!! Its screen keeps turning off and on every 5-10 min. The sensor doesn't work!! Еhe sensor sticks and does not work! Please help me! I am dissapointed with this update and don't know what to do

And what's the Maximum Capacity % here?...

Settings > Battery > Battery Health
