I cannot text non apple phones. Help!

transferred visible cellular service from iPhone 8 to iPhone 14 and cannot text non apple phones, otherwise everything still works. Help!

new iPhone 13 unable to send text messages to Android phones I signed up for a new carrier and got an iPhone 13, replacing my 11. Once the new phone was activated, I could no longer send text messages to android users. My carrier, when looking at the phone, could not find any problems, and they even gave me a new SIM card for the 12. I have read help articles online, such as articles from this apple discussion board, but no advice has solved the issue. What are some other options to remedy this issue? Nothing in the current apple support articles that I have found helps.

how to receive SMS on iPhone15 without cellular connection I live in a rural area with no cell service. Previously I was able to make calls, send/receive iMessages and SMS text messages via my Wi-Fi satellite internet on my iPhone 13 Pro running iOS17. I recently bought a new iPhone 15 Pro, iOS17.1 I can still make voice calls and send/receive iMessages via my Wi-Fi satellite internet. However, I no longer receive SMS text messages over the Wi-Fi. I do get the SMS text messages as soon as I am in an area with a cell signal. How come I am no longer receiving the SMS text messages over my Wi-Fi? I tried the support people at the local Apple Store, They didn't know Any help would be appreciated. Thank you
