Fix iTunes ineligible AAC audio file song

I am on Windows 11 using iTunes Version 12.12.6.1. I have several ineligible AAC audio file songs. I have tried several solutions I have seen posted online with no success. I get error -42017 error trying to convert the file to MP3. Some if not all of these files were originally Purchased AAC audio files as the other songs on their albums were of this type.

What do I have to do to make these files eligible again? Attached is a screen shot of the

songs in question.
