Cricut design space subscription restore

I recently had to reinstall the Cricut design space app on my iPad….unfortunately since doing this I have been unable to restore my design access subscription I have through apple and getting an error 12 when trying to do so.

any suggestions would be great fully received.

We understand that you’re getting an error message when trying to restore your in-app purchase. Please try the steps as listed here: If you can't find or use your in-app purchases - Apple Support

If you try to restore and nothing happens or you get an error

Make sure that you're signed in with the same Apple ID that you used to make the purchase.
Make sure that in-app purchases are allowed on your device.
Restart your device:
If you were charged for the purchase and you still can't restore it, contact the app developer for support. You can also report a problem to Apple.
