Pac-Man Party Royale Backup Slots Corrupted

Whenever I try to play Pac-Man Party Royale on Apple Arcade, it says "Backup Slot 1 is corrupted, please use another backup slot until the developer fixes the issue." The issue is that I used backup slot 2 and 3 and now it won't let me play at all because the error is given for all 3 slots. No matter which one I chose, the app crashes. I've tried deleting and re-downloading the app, but that doesn't work since I think it's tied to Game Center and my Apple ID. My iOS is up to date and my app is up to date. My siblings' are able to play the game without any issue.

Help - is there a way to fix this? Is there a way to delete the backup slots?
