Trying to Install XAMPP on my Macbook air M1 chip

I get this error message: “xampp-osx-8.1.6-0-vm” can’t be opened because Apple cannot check it for malicious software. How can I install it without this error?

MacBook Air 13″, macOS 13.0

It doesn't open on a Mac since the latest update. So I just used windows to install. I was installing the XAMPP for Wordpress, just fyi
