Since yesterday number recognition for incoming calles does not work anymore on my iphone 12 pro, all numbers are identified as anonymous, no number appears, settings had not been changed and restart does not make a difference, is very annoying since customers think you see there number and expect a call back, any solution ? My provider can not help

Caller ID is entirely a carrier service. The phone has nothing to do with whether it works or doesn’t work. Are you seeing the incoming phone numbers, or does it say “unavailable”, “blocked”, “Private”, or nothing at all?
The name display when a number is received is taken from your Contacts, so verify that your contacts are still there.
