iPhone stuck in Require Passcode immediately

How do I Turn off Immediately Require Passcode, and switch it to “after 5 min” on my iPhone 14 Pro?

(I do not use Touch ID nor Apple Pay)

Set Auto-Lock to Never.

Siri showed me Auto-Lock under Display & Brightness. Uff dah

That “Require Passcode” in Face ID & Passcode settings really threw me way off.
