I can’t reset my screen time password

I have transferred all my data from iPhone X to 12 pro and that time not erase from X and both in same Apple ID. Now I want to make iPhone X factory rest and doing this process it asked screen time password which I forgot and try to reset with Apple ID but more than 17 times failed in iPhone X when I am pressing forgot password it showing try after 60 minutes but same I have rest my screen time password in 12 pro and now removed screen time password in 12 pro.

now I want to factory rest my iPhone X and if I do this in my X any changes will happen in 12 pro?
